I help people free themselves from their emotional blocks to rediscover confidence, serenity and harmony in their lives.

What if caring for yourself was not just about relieving a symptom, but about rediscovering a deeper balance — between the body, the heart and the mind? That is the whole promise of holistic care: a gentle, all-encompassing approach that considers the person as a whole rather than in separate little pieces.

What is holistic care?

The word “holistic” comes from the Greek holos, meaning “the whole”. Holistic care therefore starts from a simple but powerful idea: we are not just a body, nor just a mind. We are a living whole, in which the physical, the emotions, the thoughts and the energy are intimately connected.

In practice, this means that tension in the back may tell of accumulated stress, that persistent fatigue may hide an unexpressed emotion, or that a diffuse unease may have its source in a pattern we repeat without seeing it. Holistic care does not seek to silence these signals, but to listen to them with kindness in order to restore flow, lightness and harmony.

An approach that connects body, emotions and mind

To care for yourself as a whole is to welcome each dimension of your being with the same attention.

The body

The body is our first language. It holds the memory of our experiences, our tensions and sometimes our wounds. Through touch, massage or movement, holistic care helps the body release what it is holding and rediscover a sense of safety and relaxation.

The emotions

Emotions are neither good nor bad: they are messengers. When they are suppressed, they end up weighing us down. Holistic care offers a space to welcome them, understand them and let them settle, so as to rediscover more inner clarity.

Energy and spirit

Beyond the visible, we are run through by a vital energy. When it flows freely, we feel alive and aligned; when it becomes blocked, fatigue, weariness or a feeling of being “beside oneself” appear. Energy work gently supports this flow, to revive the momentum for life.

What is holistic care for?

People rarely come for a single reason. Yet the benefits felt often overlap:

Holistic care does not replace medical follow-up: it is a complementary well-being support that cares for the person as a whole.

How does a holistic session unfold?

Each session begins with a time for talking. This moment is essential: it lets you set down what brings you, without judgement, and adjust the session to your needs of the day. There is nothing to “get right” — simply let yourself be welcomed.

Then comes the time of the treatment itself: massage, energy work, or a combination of both, according to what is right for you at that moment. The aim is not performance, but deep relaxation and the setting back in motion of what had become frozen.

Finally, a gentle return allows you to integrate the session and leave lighter, more centred, often with a sense of rediscovered space.

Is holistic care right for you?

You do not need to be “doing very badly” to give yourself holistic care. Many people come simply because they feel the need to slow down, take stock, or reconnect with themselves. Others are going through a period of stress, a life change, or wish to release patterns that keep repeating.

If you feel the desire to care for yourself differently — more deeply, more gently — then this path may be for you. There is no good or bad time: the best time is the one when you decide to give yourself attention.

A first step towards more harmony

Holistic care is, above all, an invitation: to reconnect with your wholeness, to listen to what your body and your emotions have to tell you, and to rediscover, step by step, a balance that is truly yours.

If you would like to experience this, I welcome you with kindness, in Mouleydier (near Bergerac) or remotely. Take the time for an appointment — the power of gentleness will do the rest.
