I help people free themselves from their emotional blocks to rediscover confidence, serenity and harmony in their lives.

We often mention them without always knowing what they are. Yet understanding the chakras can change the way we take care of ourselves — not as an abstract theory, but as an invitation to listen to our energy in everyday life.

What are the chakras?

The word “chakra” comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel” or “vortex”. In the energy traditions, the chakras are centres through which our vital energy flows. There are mainly seven, aligned along the spine, from the base to the top of the head.

Each is associated with a colour, an area of the body and dimensions of our inner life: grounding and safety, creativity and emotions, self-confidence, love and the opening of the heart, expression, intuition, and finally connection to something greater than ourselves.

Picture these centres as little wheels turning: when they turn freely, energy flows and we feel alive, aligned, available. When a wheel jams, energy stagnates — and we feel it.

When energy becomes unbalanced

An unbalanced chakra cannot be “seen”, but it is often felt in daily life. A lack of grounding may show up as anxiety or the feeling of being “in your head”. A closed heart, as difficulty receiving or opening up to others. A tight throat, as difficulty saying what you truly feel.

These imbalances are not flaws: they are signals. They point us, accurately, to a place that calls for attention and gentleness.

Rebalancing your chakras every day

Caring for your energy does not necessarily require grand rituals. A few simple gestures, practised regularly, are often enough to rediscover flow.

Grounding

Walking barefoot on the grass, feeling contact with the ground, breathing deeply while imagining roots reaching down: these very simple gestures nourish the root chakra and soothe the mind.

Breathing consciously

The breath is a direct bridge to our energy. Taking a few minutes to breathe slowly, placing one hand on the belly and then on the heart, helps release tension and recentre the energy.

Expressing and creating

Singing, writing, drawing, dancing: anything that lets expression flow frees the throat and heart chakras. Energy loves movement.

Giving yourself moments of silence

Conversely, offering your mind moments of calm — no screen, no demands — nourishes the more subtle centres, linked to intuition and inner peace.

What an energy treatment brings

Everyday life lays the foundations, but sometimes a block calls for deeper support. During an energy treatment, the work gently supports the flow of energy where it has become frozen.

It is not about “repairing” anything, but about accompanying a natural rebalancing: releasing what weighs, reviving what had gone out, and rediscovering a sense of unity between body, emotions and mind. Many people leave a session with a feeling of lightness, of clarity, and sometimes the surprise of having set down something they had been carrying for a long time.

Rediscover harmony, at your own pace

The chakras are not a belief to adopt, but a poetic and concrete way of listening to our energy. By paying a little attention to them each day, we relearn to feel alive, aligned, connected to ourselves.

If you would like to explore this path more deeply, I accompany you gently, in Mouleydier (near Bergerac) or remotely. Give yourself time to rebalance your energy and rediscover your momentum.
